How can I access my simulation?
If you are not registered, go to Praxem's home page, click «Sign Up» and follow the instructions.
Otherwise, enter your «User Name» and «Password» and click «Log In».
What is a «simulation code»?
This is a class (group) code that allows you to join a specific simulation. Normally, your instructor (professor) will give you this code at the beginning of the exercise. Use it when registering.
Professors are invited to contact Praxem in order to access demos and simulations.
Can I subscribe to a simulation online?
You may use our online payment system. On Praxem's website, click «Sign Up» and follow the instructions.
Transactions are processed through Paypal.
What should I do if I have a problem with the Paypal payment service?
Please notify us immediately. Email us at service@praxem.com and we will process your request swiftly.
Why is my simulation no longer available?
A simulation is active for an academic semester after which it is disabled.
Does a used book give access to a simulation ?
One card contained in a book is valid for a user during an academic session. Once used, the "User Name" and "Password" on the card will become disabled after that period. If you have a used book, it is possible to register in a simulation using online payment. Praxem uses Paypal payment website.
What if I lost the card of my book ?
Unfortunately, there is no way to trace the lost codes. You must then purchase a "User Name" and "Password" through an online payment. Praxem uses Paypal payment website.
